If success is to achieve goals and to achieve our goals, we must prepare and formulate them in a way that helps us achieve them and sharpens our resolve to work effectively and efficiently.
Definition of a goal: It is the thing that a person wants to achieve.
(general, specific - big, small - beneficial, harmful)
The nature of the goal depends on the person's situation, abilities, and interests
Objective levels:
1- General goals: the closest they can be to a desire or a wish.
Example "Getting an honors grade in high school"
Another example is the reform of the nation's youth.
2- Interim goals: a division of the general goal.
Example "Investing time in a way that helps to remember"
Another example: "Preparing and preparing a group of reformed youth"
3- Behavioral and procedural goals: specific scientific steps for translating the goals.
For example, "preparing for lessons, or agreeing with a private tutor"
Another example is the expansion of educational incubators.
Planning:
It is the process of setting goals, clarifying them, transforming them into interim and procedural goals, and writing a timetable for their implementation.
Conditions required for the goal:
1- Clarity.
2- It must be specific.
3- ambition.
4 - Realism "Implementable according to capabilities and capabilities"
Goal setting steps:
1- Formulating and writing the general objective.
2- Thinking of the general goal and its nature.
3- Setting interim goals.
4- Determining the procedural goals.
5- Setting procedural goals in a clear timetable.
6- Develop an alternative plan that will reach the general goal in the event that some interim or procedural goals cannot be achieved.
7- Implementation.
8- The calendar.
Effective implementation requires:
1- Self-development and management “time, commitments, appointments, ……..etc.”
2- Prepare and prepare for work.

4- Accuracy.
5- Flexibility.
A proper calendar requires:
1- Continue.
2- Inclusion.
3- The positive impact in achieving results.
